Selling your home involves what is likely to be your most valuable asset as well as the place you've lived for a considerable length of time. You need someone with the knowledge and capability of reaching out to the world with the news that your home is on the market and presenting it in the best possible way. This is not just selling a home--it's Marketing your home.
This takes a marketing program that involves experience, knowledge of leading edge technology and the capability to advertise your home in a way that targets the most and the best prospects.
Here's what we do, and how we do it:
First, we get all our ducks lined up in advance. Before it hits the market via the multiple listing systems, we want a complete presentation with all the parts in place. This means:
- Begin staging the home,
- Photograph it (we've been known to rent a helicopter for aerial shots),
- Have a high quality virtual tour done,
- Put together a web page on our site, using carefully chosen photos and writing a glowing description,
- Create and print a color flyer for people to pick up.

► The internet is a primary tool to reach the largest possible audience of buyers and agents. We produce high-quality virtual tours and photography to help display your home on the web. Some of the web sites where our listings are displayed are:
- Austin's Multiple Listing Service,
- HoustonMultiple Listing Service,
- San Antonio Multiple Listing Service,
- Realtor.com, the most widely used site, where we have an expanded presence that allows us to put many more pictures than are allowed on other sites.
- International exposure for your property is available through the networks of Certified International Property Specialists and the International Federation of Real Estate.
► Open houses for the public and Realtors' tours are scheduled as soon as possible. These have worked well for us in the past. We use newspaper advertisements to draw the public to open houses. We also use a lot of signs to direct the public to your home.
► Print advertising is used with extraordinary attention to quality and detail. Many photos are taken and ones carefully chosen appear in the final products. Full color 2-page flyers and 4-page brochures are printed on high quality paper for outside and inside the home. Virtual tours, open houses, direct mail, newspaper ads are all parts of our marketing campaign.
In addition, we have a lot of contacts gained with well over 50 years of combined experience in the real estate business and we spread the word to them.
